All purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and service payments made to 88MPH.TV are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

- No refunds will be issued for unused service time, early cancellations, or changes of mind.

- No refunds will be issued due to device incompatibility, internet connectivity issues, or customer equipment problems.

- Customers are responsible for reviewing service details before purchasing.

2. Customer Equipment & Compatibility

88MPH.TV is not responsible for customers' devices, hardware, software, or internet connections.

- Customers are solely responsible for obtaining, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting their own compatible devices.

- We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, application, operating system, or internet provider.

- Device malfunctions, outdated software, insufficient internet speeds, and improper configurations are the customer's responsibility.

- Any technical assistance provided is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute a guarantee of device performance.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, payment reversal, or unauthorized payment dispute may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from future services.

- Accounts terminated for payment abuse may be permanently prohibited from making future purchases.

- We reserve the right to provide transaction records, account activity, and proof of service delivery to payment processors when responding to disputes.

- Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits your legal right to dispute unauthorized or improper charges.

4. Service Availability

88MPH.TV strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

- Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical difficulties, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Service features, content availability, and functionality may change without prior notice.

- 88MPH.TV is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers, customer networks, or incompatible equipment.

5. Account Usage & Security

- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

- Sharing, reselling, transferring, or distributing account access without authorization is prohibited.

- Accounts may be restricted or terminated for abuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorized redistribution, or violations of these Terms.

- Customers must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Subscriptions & Renewals

- Subscription access is provided for the purchased service period.

- Customers are responsible for understanding their subscription duration and expiration date.

- If automatic renewal is offered, its pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed during purchase.

- Cancellation prevents future recurring charges when completed according to the applicable billing terms but does not automatically entitle customers to a refund for the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88MPH.TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, equipment failures, connectivity issues, or inability to access the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Service Termination

88MPH.TV reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, payment abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or misuse of the service, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

88MPH.TV may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
